Best Secretary of State experience. Made an appointment online and got in after a very short wait outside. The workers were actually friendly and the facility is organized in a very good way for flow from station to station. Total time spent was about 40 minutes which was a breeze compared to 2hrs+ I’d experienced in Chicago.
This location was awesome! Went there without an appointment and got one within 15 minutes. Overall 45 minutes in and out. The staff was wonderful. Seem to have a great setup too. Take paperwork ahead of time and it is simple.
Don't really get the negative reviews. I waited in line outside for about 10 min and inside took about 20-30 minutes for drivers liscense renewal.nnRecommend going in the middle of the month before 11am or after 1pm with lunch breaks. They also check outside to make sure you have the right documents which is good so you don't end up waiting around for nothing
Not terrible! I might have lucked out with the nicest person working there, but my experience was pleasant and well organized. There was a line, but I was in and out in under 30 minutes getting an updated driver's license.
They are so professional and understanding. They are doing their best to protect everyone. Yes, the waiting is so long but you get things done. My grandmother is a senior and was not feeling well today and her blood sugar dropped. They did everything to help from wheelchair to taking her in faster. Thank you seriously. Great experience. I highly recommend this facility. To get in fast, come at 6 a.m. Average waiting time outside 2.5 hours and inside like 20 minutes. I came around 7a.m. Bring a chair with you!
