I came here recently for the first time. I was looking for a necklace for my husband. I checked out a few and they tried to work with me, offered me a couple hundred off of the listed price. I was happy about that. I then stated that I would like to sleep on it and come back the day after. This girl told me that I wasted her time, she was pushing me to buy “that day”. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I told her that I’m not an impulsive buyer, that I needed to think about it. As I was planning on paying cash.nI wish I knew this girls name because everyone else in the store was very pleasant to work with. They should be trained better on customer service. I will never buy from here.

Worst quality , not worth the price. My husband and daughter purchased a necklace for me before Christmas. This place don't offer returns, beware!nNecklace broke on the second day I wear it. I had hard time finding anything that worth the price this place listed. Since my husband already spent something over$400 for such flimsy thing that will not last more than two days. This place claimed to be better quality than all jewelers around. That's a joke. We r stuck with this crapy $400+piece with no return policy and nothing in the store looks promising to the price they ask for. I for sure don't recommend this place. I would recommend fox jeweler in Geneva, honest price, high quality and offer lifetime warranty.

Stopped here last week to look for a ring for my soon to be fiancé and the experience couldn't have been more positive. I did not really know what I was looking for or what would be in my budget but 45 mins later, I walked out with a perfect engagement ring. The staff treated me well and I have nothing to complain about. Got nothing to complain about. I will be back in the future. Kudos to Nali!!

My son bought an engagement ring here. His fiancé only wore it 5 times and a diamond fell out. They also tried setting up 2 loans when my son only needed one. We don’t feel good about everything they did and now they won’t give a refund. This is horrible!!

Came here for a gift for my mom and found the most beautiful band to give her on her 50th birthday. The service was great, the associates treated me well and really took the time to help me find something that would suit her personality and in my price range. Unlike in other jewelry stores, where they care more about trying to sell you anything in the store just to get your money. My mother loved it and I cannot wait to come back and get future gifts here. Thank you!
