Bought an engagement ring and warranty in August 2017. Took 2 months to make. Took the ring in October 2019 for warranty (discolored rose gold). They sent the ring out, said it came back unfixed so Roger & Hollands sent it back to be remade new. My wife has the main diamond but no ring 7 months later. I expect the owner to respond to this trying to remedy and sound good in reviews but it appears they have just outright forgot about my ring. I would appreciate them to own this mistake vs lie about it. Estimated $11000 and all i have is the center stone and a warranty receipt.
The jewel did a beautiful job repairing my 48 year old wedding ring!! Friendly staff too!!
