Brought ring bracelet and two chains with warranty. My bracelet broke took it here and the lady says we have two different warranties the one you have doesn’t cover if it’s broke. Had to spend an additional $125 for an additional warranty. They don’t seem so pleasant and welcoming as well. Thought kay was the best. Then they never answer the phone!
I don't like Kay's very pushy salesman
Thank you for your consideration of employee Renee in the Carson Calif. Store. We have known her for 18yrs this coming September. Her knowledge of your Products is so awesome. You are Blessed with this Lady. She has taken care of us and my 4 son's and granddaughter. Renee is caring, polite and answers our questions. She is more like family. Thank you for Her.
Not sure who trained the staff at this store, however a customer should never be in the store for a whole 10 mins without being acknowledged. All 3 reps didn't even look my direction. I gave them a chance to at least make eye contact with me and nothing! But seeing I was a black woman I guess I somehow was invisible to them all despite my GIANT BIG CURLY HAIR so I walked out! I can get my Neil Lane ring cleaned and inspected at a different location. ud83dudeabud83dudeabud83dudeabnnCorporate please train these employees on the importance of customer service and first impressions to EVERY customer!
I came in with my boyfriend on Saturday because we wanted to look at rings because he wants to propose and the staff wouldn't even look at us. Im never coming back to Kay, I honestly thought they were the best. Going to Roger's and hollands instead.
