I booked an appointment 2 1/2 weeks in advance to have my hair done 2 days before my birthday. My appointment was supposed to be February 18 @ 1pm. The young lady ask me to put down a deposit and she would put me down. Keep in mind. I kept sending emails to confirm my day and time. The follow-up is poor, and not only that she took my deposit so I trusted she would do what she said she would do. My husband had things planned for my birthday. I get there no appointment. She said she could do hair the next day afternoon around 3:30pm. That did not work for me me. If you are going to use social media platforms please reply back to the customers i will never go there again.
I love the great and wonderful service that I get. She is versatile and creative .
