Delta Sonic

Yes the car wash is good and I have a membership there, but! the amount of unnecessary havoc Delta sonic caused in my life is not fathomable, since I am an unlimited car wash and on the 5th of October All I had in my bank account was 270.49, and normally across the street is speedway where I buy gas everyday, in the range of $15 to $20, nowadays even a few cents count!, so across the street price Delta Sonic the price was less by 10 cents if you are an unlimited car wash member, although I go to delta sonic for a car wash everytime / day to wash the car before I go to work, so I go across the street, and put in my debit card, you are supposed to have the rewards card on you, comparing it to speedway / thorntons, mobil , and bp, I expected that the pump will ask me to enter my alternate id, I put the debit card in, I was not asked any info regarding the rewards card nor my alternate ID, so I went inside the gas station and told them that I am an unlimited member and outside it says that I get 8 cents off each gallon, and the pump did not ask for alternate id like a phone number I can type, the attendant cancelled the transaction, not a problem and he will give me the discount, I pay him 15 dollars, go outside/ it did get the 8 cents discount on each gallon, so having only 270.49 dollars and knowing that I have an inspection the following day, I needed to change tires, and a parts on the muffler(for ride share work) - total cost with taxes about 220.00 dollars, leaving me with 50.90 in dollars, that is OK no worries for the next day, when I have to pay for the car repairs, being my day off, I went and saw my friend, comfortable with how much is in the bank, comfortable with the fact that get the repairs will be done, and enough money for food until the next day, Delta sonic , when I inserted my debit card in the pump, even though I cancelled the transaction, they charged 76.00 dollars, then I went inside paid 15.00 dollars for the gas, so my bank deducted 76.00 + 15.00, neither my bank nor Delta Sonic Corporate support could he me, Support at the corporate number , Is truly nice, Before I called support I called my bank they said Delta Sonic put a hold on 76.00 dollars, and they cannot help me and I should call Delta Sonic support, I spoke with a Delta Sonic Customer Support agent , the nicest lady ever, she said just send me in an email the proof of that so on the bank app I sent her two screenshots, while she was on the phone, I emailed her the screenshots, after she received the email with the info, said she will call me back are research, I so much appreciate the fact 10 minutes latter she called me back (support ***** five stars) said she cannot help me because she is not seeing that charge on her end , And I completely believe her it is the delta sonic system. So now I don't have enough money to get my repairs , because Delta Sonic took out 76.00 dollars for my account, last night that transaction of 76.00 dollars disappeared from my bank's account, now I am waiting for the bank to adjust my account, In the process for not having worked for 2 days I lost in earnings about 250 to 300 dollars. I should have remembered that last time I used my American Express card, they took out 100$ dollars for a deposit at the pump, and did not adjust the account for two days. So when you get gas there, Pay them at the counter inside not use the pump to pay with credit card or debit card. I was not able to Buy food last night knowing I have to get some car work done, so it can pass my ride share gig.
