From start to finish, I couldn't be more pleased with their work. I got them involved in a theatre and basement project when we were just planning, and they knocked it out of the park! The sound and 4k picture in the theater are incredible. The automation and equipment for the entire space is impressive. I never felt upsold, I only felt directed to products that they knew they could stand behind, and were within my budget. In electronics, the price tag has no limit. They worked hard to achieve my goal without breaking the budget. Furthermore, they provide excellent customer service and stand behind their products. I'm a very type-a customer that can be hard to please. Their installers were clean and extremely professional. Their wire management skills are next level. I couldnt be happier choosing Deluxe Audio and Video for my project. I highly recommend them.

Bob has sold me equipment since 2008, and my best friend and his family equipment since even before then. We have bought over $100,000 in equipment, and I will ONLY buy from Bob. He is smart about the tech, aggressively priced, and his installation team is amazing. I did a custom basement theater with paradigm prestige, and before then I had a paradigm studio 100 package. Bob sold me all my tv's including my 77A1E. He is amazing, don't go anywhere else, Bob is your man.
