I took advantage of the Black Friday sale and wanted to be proactive for Xmas. Purchased 2 Apple watches for Xmas presents. After we opened the gifts my wife saw the color of the watch without opening the box. The box has a picture of the watch and she determined that she wanted a different color.nnWent to the store and was informed that we could not exchange the watch because it was over the limit of days. I then said I would pay the restocking fee and then was told sorry we cannot take the watch back.nnI asked the gentleman how is it you can have a Black Friday event around the Xmas theme and not honor the exchange.nnSo I then decided to reach out to the customer service text thread. Where they promised that I would receive a call back from a human within 24 hours.nnHappy New Year it’s been 5 days and no call. This has my blood boiling. I will not stand for this.nnI hope everyone can see how a regular customer has been taken advantage of by corporate greed. Made a big deal about Black Friday knowing full well nobody can return anything without a restock fee; or in my case out of the window.nnMerry Xmas Honey I hope you like the watch you don’t like.nnUnbelievablennJanuary 2, 2021nnJust want to give an update on the watch issues.nnThis is incredible I just finished talking with an escalation specialist. She literally told me I was talking to somebody in Asia and she did not know the return policy for the watch. I asked to please talk to someone else, and she said she was the escalation specialist.nnThis is crazy and she then informed me that she would set up another call on Monday to help me resolve this issue with another person.nnI can see why people give up and just pay the bill. I am going down this rabbit hole and I am going to see why it’s impossible for me to talk with someone who can actually answer my questions.nnI want to thank T Mobile/ Sprint for giving me the opportunity to dig into this situation. I realize the world has changed and nobody wants to answer a question about how you can sell a watch during a Black Friday event and not be able to return or exchange it after the gift was given during Christmas time.nnI will keep updating as I have new information.
Visited the store today to switch my plan and get a new watch for my wife’s Christmas gift, and Karla was great. Also the store manager Drew assisted with an issue I had on my account and in the years I’ve had sprint I have never had such a great experience. Very clean and well kept t-mobile center. My wife and I have had the account for 20+ years. Would highly recommend you do business here! Ask for Drew or Karla.
Sales associates at this store are not trained for efficient problem solving. This will result in unnecessary purchases of phones/devices, accessories and plans. Once my contract is done I will cancel all 5 lines.
Cocky little manager trying to act tough in front of his peers, another employee had to hold him back because he was trying to hit a costumer! Can tell right away that the “manager” was a Sprint employee. How can you this store call themselves a repair center if they can’t replace a display screen is beyond me, for sure not worth the time to visit this store at all. Will definitely call corporate and for sure tell everyone to stay away from this store. The lack of professionalism is right up there to the Sprint standard. Trying to get my mom involved was the cherry on top. Stay cool Mr. aviator glasses, there is no sun inside the store stop wearing sunglasses inside.
My experience was great. Ashley and Jay were very helpful. This was my first time meeting Ashley and she did everything she could to help us. Jay is always great. He goes over and beyond to resolve any issues and to make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving. Thanks
