Aurora Orthodontics and Periodontics

This place waste my time. They said my insurance 4 weeks to get information about my benifits. I am educated professional and consumer. I knew my coverage. I called the insurance directly after 4 weeks. My insurance never received the paperwork. I called the office and they said the insurance has not response to them. Who lie I do not know? Dr. Chacon looks very professional but his support team did not look efficient and supporting x me. To waste your time going there.

We have three people we have to get braces for. So shopping around was a big task. I am also very picky when it comes to my family's medical professionals. I was impressed by the nice office area and the friendliness of the front office personnel. When Dr. Chocon came to evaluate my daughter I was impressed by his findings but even more glad to hear that my insurance would help with the cost. Since this is not our first round of braces in my family I kind of knew what to expect. They surpassed my expectations. For every question I had Doctor had a very logical and reasonable explanation. He has thought of everything. I could not believe that when I called in with a problem he came in on his day off with his three small children!! WOW!! It was his turn for child care and the whole family came in just for us. I would have never expected that and felt very badly but I was very impressed. Only a doctor who really cares would do this.nWhen the braces came off I was even more impressed. At the end of my daughters treatment the way he does the retainer maintenance is so much better than any other doctor (we have been to 5 orthodontist). His way made so much sense. I also loved it because there is much less of a chance for the retainer to get lost or tossed out after eating lunch at school. Best of all, almost the whole office is Bilingual Spanish and English. In Aurora where the demographics are very Hispanic, that is just smart Business. I am so impressed that my other daughter is already in treatment with Dr. Chocon and my youngest who was evaluated at will be in braces in a few years. I wish we had found Dr. Chocon sooner and the others in my family would have gone there too. I am sure the treatment would have been much better.nHe also takes the state medical plans and can evaluate for coverage and he has a very fair payment plan.nnPara los Hispanohablantes: Dr. Chocon es el mejor doctor que he encontrado para mi familia. Tambien si tienen la tajeta medica el sabe decirle si la tajeta medica cubre los gastos. Si no tienen un plan de pagos muy bueno. Tengo a mis do hijas bajo su quidado y pronto ira mi hijo tambien. El Doctor es super buena gente y los asistentes tambien son muy cordiales. Hagase la evaluacion gratis para comparar con otros ortodontos.

Great customer service from staff super friendly, very clean atmosphere and quick service. Would recommend to everyone.

The people here have excellent management, and great service! The price of the operation is very appropriate, and the employee's are all very kind. I extremely recommend going here.

I always get the same lady every time, and she hurts my mouth so bad. I get that braces will hurt, but I’d wince in pain and it’s like she would intentionally press even harder. Sometimes I even feel like screaming out of pain. I don’t know how I’m getting stuck with the same chick EVERY time. I never look forward to going because the pain hurts so bad.
