I'm disappointing about is when I applied for braces. They were never specific about anything and they said that I have to wait for 3 months. After the 3 months, they never called us back, but my mom which is kind of concerning.. she had to call them and they said they had forgotten about it, and they will email them tomorrow and I had to wait another 3 weeks. I was like, okay, people forget sometimes. When I went to get mail, my insurance company declined my braces. First Family Dental weren't specific about anything.nnWhen I also did a consultation for my braces, the original orthodontic (Dr. Danielle Piano) had the flu, so they subbed a orthodontic to cover it. It was a guy, he was really nice to me and asked me questions that I felt comfortable about it. But, please, First Family Dental, be specific about my braces. I just want them. I have crowding and a cross-bite on my teeth. I really like this place. I bet Dr. Piano would've gotten me braces :(nnMy insurance declined. Now, my mom has to pay out of pocket. $4,000 for orthodontic treatment.nnGod bless.

I have just completed a 16 months orthodontic procedure. Very happy how much of a difference it is! I can smile with confidence! I’m a patient here and my treatment has been well. The doctors are nice and they do there work well. My Dr. is Dr. Piano and assistant Dr. Bianka and would totally recommend.
