This place is freaking terrible. I came in trying to cash a lottery check with my mom on the first day and the lady said the lottery place was closed so I tried again the next day and the SAME lady didn't even pick up the phone and quickly said no there closed because of Covid!!!!! I called the lottery place myself and it turns out they were open the whole TIMEEE!! I will never come to this bank. Poor customer service.
This branch has always been good to me. I don't go in there often however they seem to always remember me regardless. They are always friendly and try to help in whatever way they can.
Poor customer service. Called about opening a NEW account 30 minutes prior to closing. Both rep Anthony and “manager” Eric said sorry you have to come in tomorrow it’s “to close to closing time for us to do that”. Funny last I checked management gets bonuses off new accounts. Such lazy employees that they were not willing to wait 5/10 minutes for a NEW account to come in. That’s the type of customer service I would expect from Walmart or McDonald’s. Not a Banking institution that wants and needs NEW accounts. I highly suggest going else where! Somewhere they actually care about clients and proper customer service!
Bad service. Slow and unprofessional
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They won't credit a payment in to my account, now I have a miss payment and a late fee. I call customer service twice in a week they said I have to go to the bank where I made the payment, I went twice in the same week and they can't to solve the problem yet. I feel very frustrated.
