Bad place to go to give your business to. Customer service is poor and barely understandable. Along with a class in people skills they should also include English in the training curriculum.

Hate this bank. Employees do the bare minimum. Nothing but problems, everytime I come in to do anything. Genuinely angry every time I have to deal with this place and their hidden wait times and fees.

Every Friday it's the exact same thing. I dread going here. Wait, Wait, Wait. Always way understaffed. There were at least 7 other people in front of me. It took 20 minutes to simply get to a teller. It's like BofA simply doesn't care they're taking time out of everyone else's lives to save a buck. It's a huge disappointment each time and it's like pulling teeth each time I'm here.
