Amanda was very friendly and stayed on top of her game during a rush. Even though she was clearly busy and still found time to sanitize as well as acknowledge the guests waiting. What a great employee and hard worker.
I ask for easy ice and get a 75% cup full of ice. I drive out of the place and after 4 sips my medium coffee brew is done. It takes a whole 60 seconds to finish. This is not the first time I had this issue nor is it the first location. Dunkin Donuts has become a thieving company. Go to Starbucks or Peet's instead. They listen to the customer and don't scam you with ice. The quality of their coffee is also superior.
Very HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Seems like there is no management. the employees are very rude except for the brunette girl and the black guy the rest are terrible . Don’t recommend!! and takes years just to get me my bacon wraps
I’ll keep it short and sweet. Employee training is very inconsistent. Don’t expect to be in and out of store/drive thru in any less than 3-5 minutes during peak times. Don’t expect your order to be made correctly every time, because it won’t. Honestly, you’re better off going to a Dunkin that may be more out of the way because at the very least they’ll get your order right and you’ll be out of there by the same time.
Use to have good service, lately take forever just to get a coffee. Actually you can drive down to Mcdonalds and back faster then sitting in this drive up
