I bought 3 Gift Cards yesterday for $10 each. I paid for the cards and immediately noticed that the cards were to 'the best Mom'! I told the young man that none of the cards recipients were moms and could I change the mom cards for different more appropriate cards. They called the manager on the phone, who told them that only he/she could change the transaction so I had to come back the next day. The next day I went back and was told they could not do anything that it was a corporate thing and to call the 1800 number on the back of the cards to transfer the money on new inactivated cards (that they gave me). I called the number and was transferred 3 times to the menu. First time the customer services person wanted to transfer all the money onto one e -card!!! This would not solve the problem of giving the cards as presents to 3 non-mom people! The second person said they didn't deal with that and the third person hung up on me! Have you ever been given the runaround? Next step? Headquarters! Stay tuned!

I got a dozen donuts.. drive through only.. and they had everything I asked for. All of the donuts were fresh. Went at about 11am

I've come to this location quiet a bit over the last 5 years or so. Most of the time the service & coffee is mediocre if not bad. Today I paid for an extra large & got a large instead. And she seemed bothered to have to be taking my order. Didn't get a reciept because they know they'll get a bad review when you go online with the code. Yesterday they were irritated I asked for a drink tray. Throw the whole thing away & start over.nI didnt touch this drink with my lips & that's what I got!! Pretty sure I should have been charged for a large if they were out of fresh made coffee. (If that was the case & that's giving them the benefit of the doubt)

Today I went to this location with my family for a drive thru and noticed the lady who delivered my food in the window is not wearing a mask. Guys be careful.. I regret ud83dude2a now why I picked my food from an irresponsible staff.. plz be aware..

They forgot one of the things that I ordered. I tried calling because I could not get back into the line for drive-through. No one answered the phone. When I did go back in the line they said I never ordered it. Well, I was also not given a receipt. Poor customer service and the woman was extremely rude about it. I used to like going to this Dunkin.
