So this was a last minute resort to getting my hair braided I called and she said I could come now I asked did my hair need to washed and she said yes but I needed to be there within an hour I washed my hair and let it air dry as much as possible when I got there I sat 3hrs before I could be waited on. Once I got in the chair she said my hair was still damp and I had to blow dry my own hair. Then once she began to do my hair I told her the color pattern I wanted so she handed me all the hair and said I would have to hand it to her piece by piece as she braided(no other customers were doing this) then once she was done I kindly told her I was unhappy with my hair and the fact I paid full price and yet I basically helped do my own hair. So my stylist and another stylist started taking pics so by now I’m upset and asked them not to but the continued to once of them even tried to take pictures me on their daughters tablet. I never I asked for a refund or discount I just stated I wasn’t happy with my hair
Excellent customer service. Been coming to this salon for 2 years. My braids and sew-ins are always nice. Mary is awesome.

The ladies do wonderful braids... Friendly...always make you feel comfortable...
I really like and respect maruy shes the only one I prefer to braid me shes been braiding my hair for 2yrsnShes also a verynSpiritual woman yes sometime the ladies do bring their children but we as parents have no choice
