I just switched back to State Farm after being with another company for nearly 4 years. My rates had gone up considerably so I started comparing rates again. Austin reached out to me and helped with all my concerns and various quotes. I’m the type that wants numbers for every different combination of coverage and he was on top of it. Email, text or phone he was easily accessible and prompt throughout the process. I now have a better understanding of the coverages available and what the key differences are. Ultimately I made the switch to save money and I feel I now have better coverage too. Give Austin a shout and see what he can do for you!nOn a side note...As a Vikings fan, my only gripe with State Farm is Aaron Rogers needs to go!

I am very pleased with Chris Smith from State Farm/Ty Teveldal Agency. He not only saved me money on my auto insurance, but it is less per month now for auto & renters insurance combined -- plus I have lower deductibles. Chris was professional, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful & funny!!! He was persistent without being rude or overly aggressive at all. On another note, I personally am undergoing medical treatment currently for a serious illness ... and Chris expressed his concern with how I was feeling and wished me well. He also offered to install the device in my vehicle if needed. He was overall very personable, friendly, pleasant & nice. It's little things like this that make such a difference for me. We worked with Chris Smith. He’s very friendly, knowledgeable, and wasn’t pushy in any way. We have two teen drivers. The company we had been with for 20 years increased our premiums to unreasonable rates, so we went to State Farm for a quote. Chris was able to save us about $70 a month without sacrificing any coverage. We were also able to improve our home owners coverage by switching to State Farm.

My husband and I recently switched from what I thought was good insurance to a much better insurance company- State Farm- a process I was Honestly dreading, and was sure would be time consuming. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and how helpful our agent Chris Smith was. He was friendly, professional, and kind. I have already recommended him to my family and friends. I am so glad we switched insurance companies- we are saving money and have better coverage! I highly recommend State Farm!

I’ve been with these guys about 3 years now after Ty was mentioned by a guy I know at Toyota. I’ve been nothing but a happy customer since then. My premium was less for better coverage than my previous provider and the customer service has also been fantastic. From a 15, to a 19, to a 20 along with an older project car now, my rates have actually only gotten better. I’d recommend them all day long for any insurance needs! Keep up the great work!
