Horrible patient care and customer service. Very unprofessional, this was my first and last visit to this location.

My issue started a few weeks ago, I called the facility to have my doctor to give me a call, I did not receive a call back. My problem persist, I called the facility on March 25, 2019, I was able to get an appointment the same day at 6:45pm, I arrived at the facility at 6:30pm only to find out the doctor called in. I have an appointment with another doctor there at the facility on April 8.

The service at the Advocate medical center is very poor. My Brothers appointment was at 1pm and its is almost 330pm I am still waiting. I do not recommend this location fpr anyone.

The only place of business that the doctors call off all through the week and they is NO HELP AT ALL AND VERY LAZY
