This is the worst dentist in the world!! My crown was to big after I paid $1200 to have it professionally made. Then I couldn't chew for two weeks & he continued to shave the crown down until it was hardly anything there. Then it started to hurt so he requested I get a root canal, when I went for root canal the crown came right off because of course it was to big. He refused to give me another crown. Then I went back for the fill in after the oral surgery & he wants to charge me more money. I didn't need the root canal & my crown is sitting in my purse. I am livid!!! Dr. Sylvester is the worst dentist I've ever had & im calling the dental association & the better business bureau on this office. I have had to chew on one side of mouth for over a month now it's hurting.

I’ve never got serviced at their office but , from observing while I was there , they are really great team in my opinion. I went there to shadow their dental hygienist , and it was a great experience . They We’re all friendly and very welcoming.

Great dental office! I haven't had any issues with service. The only problem I had was being charged a cancelation fee when I called to tell them I couldn't make it in a snow storm because traffic was moving slow and the driving conditions were dangerous. But I've had no other problems since then. The staff is very friendly and patient. Never had a problem with their service.
