What a wonderful experience!! Jim was easy to setup an appointment with because he was able to text me availabilities and update me when a time slot opened up sooner than originally planned. I like that he wears booties for his shoes which is an added benefit because we don't wear shoes in the house. He looked at both issues l had with the sink and shower faucets, wrote down and gave me a detailed plan and estimate before getting approval to work. Very professional and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing work
The plumber came out to my house on a short notice to fix a sink and did a nice job. Cost was good and affordable. I would recommend Prime Plumbing Service every time and will use their services with all of my plumbing needs. 5 stars!!!!
We called Prime Plumbing Service on Saturday morning and they arrived shortly after. Jim was excellent. He came out promptly and immediately began working to fix our issue.
