Great place! For people looking to do quick and easy business and to get loans on your items. I love their 48 hour policy and if the item has been there before you can get a loan and pick item up same day for the amount agreed upon. All n all great place and very cool staff the guys are always laid back and very knowledgeable Love this Place!!!

I don't have a reason to remove stars. The staff is informative and knowledgeable about everything they receive and sell. I've bought a laptop and placed a desktop on lay-away there already. They have reasonable and actually low prices for items that would normally cost five times their original price. As for computer wares, they make sure that their computers are factory reset and clear of any old files.

Love Family Jewelry and Loan because the customer is family. Fair money for your items, not to mention the low prices they have on electronics and jewelry. Friendly service from local merchants the best in Gurnee.
