I love this office. Dr makes sure that things are covered by insurance so you are not left with a bill which I had problems with at another office. Office is clean staff are nice. Dr.Chorzempa is very informative she makes you feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend.

I wish I could give her “Zero” star. Stay away from this clueless doctor. She was googling the disease pictures and showing them to me. Can a doctor even do that? All the google research she does, you can do it by yourself too, no not need see her. Please find yourself a good doctor.nnShe deleted the medicines list from the central database in front of me, didn’t realise that other doctors might need the medicine list as for the reference. I would never recommend her to anyone. Very Unprofessional doctor.nnSTAY AWAY FROM HER.

The nurse working with Dr. Chorzempa-Schainis was incredible: professional, warm and engaging. Dr. Chorzempa-Schainis was knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Had a terrible experience with this doctor. Went in to get an IUD inserted, she never gave me the pills for dilation so after trying 4 times to insert, she decided to have me come back. She should have stopped after the first miss. Most painful experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office.nnBut wait there’s more. The next day I get a test result for a POSITIVE PREGNANCY TEST from the urine test the previous day posted on Friday at 3:50. I call the oak park office as soon as I get this and I was told that the doctors office was closed and I could not talk to her until Monday...umm excuse me then who can I talk to. The lady told me there was no one available and I couldn’t even leave a message for the doctor.nnI had to wait until Monday for a definite answer on whether I was pregnant or not and if I was why would they continue to insert an IUD?!?! I even left multiple messages on the portal and no answer.nnI called back Monday morning and was told the doctor would call me as soon as she wasn’t with a patient. Two hours later I get a call from her medical assistant who was the one that posted my results incorrectly. I was in fact not pregnant and the MA made a mistake in posting.nnShe was apologetic but told me that the office should have let me speak with the doctor on call when I called Friday and it’s weird they didn’t. Also that they are looking for a new nurse to actually respond to messages in the portal. I also asked what the protocol was for posting sensitive results like that and she said that she puts the result in and the doctor approves the posting. So that means that they aren’t double checking their results.nnI told her that I appreciate her apology but I will never be returning to this doctor. The doctor then tried to call me a few times but I refused to answer as she should have been the one to call me originally.nnMost unprofessional and ridiculous experience of my life

My first gynecologist visit & she made me feel so comfortable. She was very informative about everything and definitely recommend her!
