doctor stated she would call me within 2 days to give me results. After few days I left various messages and no call back till this day (been months). Throughout my appointment she was talking about the other doctor instead of focusing on my issue....she's very unprofessional.

I had tried to call and speak to my doctor when my anxiety medicine was on it’s last refill. I was told she would call me back. I was never called back. I had to go through the withdrawal symptoms because I couldn’t speak to my doctor. It was really awful. Then I tried to speak to my doctor again recently. I gave my cell number as my best contact. It was not even used. They called my mothers house and I haven’t lived there for over a year now. When I called back no one could give me any information. The receptionist wouldn’t send my the release forms to my email so I could sign off and receive them. I am moving out of state and I can’t even get an apology from my doctor for not following up. What a terrible experience. Thanks for more anxiety.

I scheduled an appointment via Zocdoc almost 2 weeks in advance. After receiving multiple reminders, I arrived to my appointment only to find the office closed. This was an extreme inconvenience as this was a weekend appointment and this office is 45 minutes from my home. I am disappointed that office staffing did not reach out to me , in a timely fashion, to rescheduled if they offered appointment availability outside of operating hours. With that being said, confirm your appointments with a person if you book online!
