Dr. Regina O'Brien and her team are helpful, efficient and responsive. I went in with a few specific concerns and Dr. O'Brien answered all of my questions. It's nice to be able to see a doctor with an excellent bedside manner and feel like you got the attention you needed without long wait times. In fact, I didn't have to do wait at all to get brought to the exam room and I saw the doctor within 5 minutes of being in the room.nAs previous reviewers have stated, I think a lot of these low ratings are for previous providers.

Great staff and easy to schedule. I think a lot of the previous negative reviewers aren’t applicable anymore since they’ve got a new doctor working there since the fall and seem to have fixed the access issues. I didn’t encounter any of the aforementioned scheduling or phone issues. Dr. O’Brien is great, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great experience here- really liked Dr. O'Brien who is new to this office (very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable). Would recommend that any of my friends and family go here.

Javelin is dismissive, rude and unprofessional and is the reason I walked out without completing my appointment. She also said “we don’t deal with things like that here” When I asked how much the appointment was would cost.
