I love visiting the dentist when I go to Dental Care of Oak Park. The staff is warm and friendly and the dentists are very skilled. I've been coming here for many years (was referred by a colleague). I definitely recommend this office to anyone who wants to take care of their teeth!
The staff at Dental Care of Oak Park are very friendly & accommodating. Dr. Perna can come off as very cold & unfriendly when you are dealing with him directly. He doesn’t have the best bedside manner compared to Dr. Shin who I used to see in the past.nnThe staff are very good with children but their Treasure Chest is seriously lacking. All they have are colored wrist bands, stickers, & really nothing else. They seriously need to step their game up. How about some cheap little cars that probably cost 3 cents because they are made in a sweat shop in China by a 8-10 year old child with no teeth.nnSome super hero stickers would also be nice.nnIn all seriousness, the staff is very friendly & assist their clients with impeccable customer service.nnSince my last post, I have learned that Araceli is no longer working there. She was so nice & treated my young son with so much kindness. The practice is certainly losing an immensely talented & vital component to their business that will be difficult to replace!
I had a great experience today. It was my first visit and it was Ike I stepped back to an enviably sane March 2020 in America.nNice conversation with the very helpful staff including the physician. Great folks, delighted to register my family there
Everyone there is so nice! Very friendly. They got me in quickly after I called a ton of local places that wouldn’t fit me in. Super professional and kind!
Very nice facility and the team was great! My first experience with them was perfect and just what I want out of a dentist.nnDR Mike is kind and personable, and while no one wants to see a dentist regularly, at least when you do it with a guy like him.
