Pleasantly surprised!nnI decided to give Dunkin' one last chance after a more than lackluster experience at a different location. I've got to admit, these donuts were much more enjoyable than my last trip. The coconut covered alone gave me faith in the brand once again. If you enjoy Dunkin', add this location to your daily commute!
They're very nice, but don't like to work at all. They always get my order wrong. I've been trying to get my free coffee reward AND free beverage reward for a whole week and for some reason no one is able to scan my code and take it off. They don't give receipts so I always end up checking my rewards and bank account to realize they charged me full price for everything. Not worth it at all

Do not go to this Dunkin Donuts, they never get your order right! Wish I could give them zero stars
I drive from Oak Park just to come to this Dunkin every day - because they know me, they know my order and they always make my orders right. And if there's ever an issue, they go out of their way to correct it. I appreciate that.
