I've been having our topical medications compounded for my office by Simply Pure Rx for awhile now and they have great customer service. They're very responsive and I can rely on them for quick shipping and making any modifications/adjustments I need. I highly recommend them for offices who need certain topicals compounded.

This whole place is amazing! Their fantastic marketing rep Alexis made promises up and down on how great this pharmacy is; along with how personable they are to all of their customers. Each time I enter this establishment, I get nothing but great service and their complete attention. They got my refills perfect every time and even delivered them to my house on time! I'll stick with Simply Pure Rx because they are cheaper cost and less of a headache to deal with than the others. :)

We had some lady come by named Alex O’Hara, whom came by with her husband in an attempt to show us product. Her husband interrupted every one of our questions, while going on an endless rant about why we should shop with them and how they're better than anyone else out there and so on. These representatives were nothing but ignorant towards myself and my sister, who cornered us into a service that has zero relevance to us.

I cannot say enough about the customer service and professional quality of this pharmacy. They have been very helpful in explaining my medications, my insurance, and even taking time to answer some of my more obscure questions. This level of care is rarely seen these days, especially in the big corporate pharmacies.

Not only was my order a week late for delivery but it took several days for them to even find out what happened to my order. This kind of incompetence really doesn’t help when my dying pet needs medication on a strict schedule.nnI am all for local businesses but I’d rather get my pet’s medication from people who are professional enough to ship by the guaranteed shipping date.nnEdit: The response by simply pure to this review shows just how scatterbrained they are. I did not order during the polar vortex, my order was in November. They did not bother to check my order at all, just post lies in an attempt to save face. Absolute joke of a business. Please go somewhere honest with your prescriptions, especially if it’s a time sensitive order.
