We had a great spaghetti dinner here tonight. Our server, Dan, was excellent. He was attentive and just a generally good server. We ate inside and with all of the protocols in place we felt safe. We each had a garden salad and we shared a family size spaghetti with meat sauce. It was delicious and we have enough for another meal which Dan packaged up for reheating. We will definitely be back!
It can be a five star but they still have a lot of work ahead of them in staffing. What they need is a good manager who can train his people well and see that they're dressed properly and take care of their customers before during and after serving them. Good menu good food but they've been closed a long time and the ones they have working there now have a lot to learn..
(An edit of a previously negative review)nHad a bad experience with an order taker last night, won't go into the details but he was totally unprofessional. After a bad Google review, the manager called me and made it right. Food has always been good but they need to make sure that during the pandemic, when people are ordering in a lot to try to support our local businesses, they don't drive customers away because someone is having a bad night. Anyway, all good food.
My boys and I had the best dinner here! Combo appetizer and each boy picked their pizza half of choice. Excellent food and service. Definitely recommend!
3 stars on quality but somewhat expected. Pizza is a little too bready to be in the 4-5 star true Chicago pizza rating system but only my opinion as a native chicagoan. Others may prefer. Very convenient and good food and service overall. Curbside service was 5 stars.
