I'd give it no stars if I could the people at work at the branches don't answer the phone and if you can get somebody to answer the phone they give you erroneous information

girl answering the phone could not answer my quesioin. she refused to let me talk with a supervisor. i called citibank phone number and rec'd anclear answer immediately. why does the bank allow such behavior onnthe part of your employees?
Recommended for International Students who want a hassle free service to open an account and get a credit card. The branch manager Abe was superbly helpful and productive despite the busyness.
Impossible to reach a live person in the branch using the IVR system. I was simply trying to change an appointment time with a banker. I gave up.
