They charged my insurance $295 for a basic eye exam!!! That's DOUBLE what any other place in the area charges!! And I promise you, it wasn't double the fun! My insurance allows me $300 a year to go towards and appt. AND contacts... Now I'll be paying out of pocket for contacts that I need, but can't afford. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I had an okay experience here. Everything went well until I asked the person taking my eye exam if my insurance was going to cover my visit, procedures, my eye contacts, etc.The whole mood/vibe for the rest of the visit changed. I felt almost ashamed for asking. I just genuinely wanted to know. I got an answer of course but I don’t think I’ll come back.

I went for my first eye exam on 5/4/19. The staff was great to deal with and the Dr was more than willing to work with me to get my prescription set to the way I liked it.. I Highly recommend them for anyone looking for great care and service..

I bought a sunglasses with prescription lenses; however, the original lenses was discarded w/o informing me in advance. I think it would be normal to expect the sunglasses that was paid full price to include both the frame and the original lenses (even they are detached). But the fact tells me a different story. I feel very bad...
