We received a written bid and schedule an appointment to have a water line repaired by our complex pool. After they did not show for the appointment I had to call them 4 times over 2 days to get an answer. I was finally told that they no longer wanted to do the repair. They said after talking to other workers the bid was too low for the work they would have to perform. Not one return phone call or a courtesy call letting us know the issues. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
