I had a leak inside my garage. Very friendly and responsive service from start to finish. They were at my house less than two hours from the time I called and the repair was complete in less than four. Fair prices, professional staff and excellent work product. Highly recommended.
They came out to repair my hot water heater, to find out it needed totally replaced. They were here the next day. They were absolutely a delight to deal with. Highly recommend this company
We had a pipe freeze and found it when it began raining through the light fixtures in our basement. Classic plumbing had someone at our house within 20 minutes of calling. He had the repair done within an hour and recommended a restoration and construction place to come help with cleanup. I will highly recommend them to friends in the future.
I contacted Classic Plumbing to discuss a master bathroom remodel. They were quick to respond and came out within a day to work up a same day estimate. We had a minor change to the estimate the following week and Jacob came back out to confirm everything and again gave us a same day updated estimate. Our project required two phases and both times the plumbers on site were professional and thorough in their work. The first phase included updating pipe size for the shower, installing shut-offs, and installing the shower pan. The work was done in a day's time and everything was left tidy and neat. Once all the tile work was done, they came back to trim out the shower, install the toilet, vanity, and fixtures. Again, they were very timely, thorough, and explained everything to me before they left. We received a follow up communication within a week to confirm everything was satisfactory and working. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Classic Plumbing and we will definitely be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future!
Just want to give a shout out to Ian and Classic Plumbing for a job well done. I was amazed at how quick the job was completed and there was not a spot of dirt left behind. Very happy customer!!!
