I cannot say enough good things about our experiences at Laketown. We have been taking our dogs there for for over 17 years. The vets and staff are very compassionate, friendly, and professional. I won't go into detail but we've experienced having a new puppy to end of life for beloved dog. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone I know.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Only been there a couple times with my pet but was very pleased. Even though right now we can't go in with our pet, our doctor would call me on my cell tell me what she believes to be going on, ask questions, set up a treatment and even came out to my car twice to talk to me about my pet. Every time we bring our dog they charge almost double from my initial quote. Then when I ask why it’s so much they tell me because they did some exams or the dog needed xyz before they could do what I brought the dog there for in the first place. Always trying to nickel and dime you we won’t be coming back. Not to mention they r so over bored for covid they won’t even let you in the building.... so dumb
My Husband and I just got a brand new puppy and was very impressed with Laketown animal hospital. I was nervous having to wait in the car and not go in with our very nervous and shy pup, but everything went so smoothly. The staff was very friendly and our pup Asher had no problems going in by himself. The vet called my husband and me during the appointment and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Overall we had the best experience and I would recommend taking your pet there, the staff will take care and love your pet as much as you do.
My dog is awesome,but he is absolutely crazy when he leaves my sight so I haven't been able to get him groomed or taken care of perfectly. My wife and I finally wanted to try again so we took him to laketown vet clinic. Yes,the first time he went crazy,but they figured it out and was able to take care of him!!! I was absolutely impressed with the patience of their staff and I even think the doc came out to talk to me.Again,I am impressed!!!! Definately 5 stars in my book!!!
