Miranda is the nicest employee I’ve ever met at any restaurant. she’s great with customers. I felt bad I couldn’t tip her because I didn’t have cash on me but she deserved a tip. She went above and beyond what you’d normally encounter at fast food restaurants to make sure me and my fiancé enjoyed our dinner.

Although I don't think the girl meant to she sounded extremely short on the drive-thru speaker almost to the point of being rude. I think she just needs to slow down and remember that she's working in customer service. When I got to the window she was polite and smiled so as I said I don't think she was trying to be rude she just sounded that way over the speaker.

Rude staff. Had a horrible experience where they took my order (correctly) then made it incorrectly (meat on a meal for a vegetarian) then when we brought it back the person at the window was polite and we weren't mad, but the manager? Owner? lost her mind- Started yelling at us and at this poor girl working the window and then threw her out of the restaurant crying while she ranted and raved and was extremely rude to us at the window. I never wanted to go back, but due to nothing being open late at night we went back one more time.. person at the window was rude, order was wrong, once again they put meat on it. That time we must went hungry it wasn't worth trying to get the right food. Ill never go back. Love the north end store- super employees, friendly and bigger portions. Go to the other store- it's worth the drive.

This place a good alternative to Taco Bell. Definitely feels more substantive than the bell if that makes sense. The only knock is that the hot sauce is not that hot.
