Poor customer service! I have never had a problem with them before but tonight’s worker/wanna be manger was just rude! Will not be going back.

Great choices of pizzas and desserts. Employees were very helpful. Never had a bad experience here.
My 16-year-old daughter ordered a pizza for she and her friends online. When she got there half of the pizza didn’t have cheese on it. While it could have been that she made the mistake on the order, the employees were extremely rude and unaccomodating. They told her that they didn’t have time to put the cheese on the pizza, told her that she had to get to the back of the line, made her wait for 20 minutes or more and then charged her an additional 1.52. I thought cheese came with pizza? They certainly didn’t give her a discount for NOT putting the cheese on the pizza! I wondered why they didn’t just put some cheese in a portion cup, give it to her and send her on her way, if they were that busy.When we order from Marco‘s, they actually pick up the phone and call when an order looks odd. Hmmm. My daughter apologized to them and said, “I must’ve gotten confused on the app,” and the employee said, “yeah we get that all the time.” I guess these employees have never heard, “the customer comes first.” Bad customer service in a simple situation that could’ve been easily remedied. Don’t think we’ll be back
