Let me start out with this, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!! My hair is a very difficult situation at best. It's very thick and wavy. If it is not cut correctly it looks like a mop on top of my head. I have tried numerous salons in Springfield and have never been able to get the right cut. Today I got to meet Maddie and SHE IS AWESOME! She took the time to listen to my concerns and humbly allowed me to demonstrate to her how to cut my hair in order for it to lay properly. I was afraid that she would feel that I was telling her that I didn't think she knew how to cut hair but she graciously understood. She talked me through everything that she was about to do as she was doing it and when she was done... JUST WOW! I almost cried I was so pleased with my haircut. I'm so proud of how she cut my hair that I wish I could post pictures. Maddie, if you're reading this I want you to know that I think you're the best ever! God bless you.
Owner is so caring, professional & friendly. Staff are friendly, helpful & give a great shampoo. Owner Ken cut my hair that hadn't been cut in a year. I left feeling like a queen! Reasonably priced for incredible service. I WILL BE RETURNING!
I feel blessed to have found this salon. They have solid Christian values. Jacqueline is my stylist, and is very personable...along with giving me a great haircut!
