I was hired to do work in this church and I would not expect to be treated the way that we were from any client but especially not a church. Our down payment (per our contract) was late then our completion payment still has not arrived. Our foreman's mother had a stroke then was suddenly hospitalized during the project and as a result we were late one day then had to re-schedule another day and the man that hired us went out of his way to share with others that we were a bad company. The project was started by a member of their congregation and he got about 80% of the way done with the project and it took him over a year to do it then we did the remaining 20% of the job in 4 days even with my foreman being out caring for his sick mother. I would have expected a little more grace from a church and also to have been paid.
