It takes 2 - 3 hours to fill prescriptions here. Last month, they didnt have my med in stock and I went to another location; this month, other location didnt have qty. Very poor managing in stock medicines and why does it take so long to fill prescription. Not very efficient.

I really like this CVS in Collinsville they are very fast and very friendly I cannot speak more highly of them.

Their drive thru customer service is usually good, but their counter service can be hit and miss.
