The taste and quality are very good. They cover all the bases on types of food- chicken, turkey,steak, pizza, beef, but no fish. Prices are reasonable and specials are offered monthly.
We did not have a good experience at this location. The person who took our order was rude. The sandwiches were sub par and the restaurant was dirty. Tables had not been wiped down, floor was dirty and we arrived right as they opened. You had to go through an obstacle course to get to the men's bathroom and there was feces and toilet paper sitting in toilet!! Either they didn't clean the night before or an employee was responsible for leaving that disgusting mess! The women's bathroom toilet had pink mildew in a ring innate the bowl. We will not patronize this location ever again!!
The staff was friendly and worked quickly to get you in and out. A pro tip: Order ahead on the website or Pen Station app to save time and pick a time when you want your food ready. Following these steps ensured my food was hot and fresh and minimum time inside the restaurant.
Outstanding service for my to go order and excellent flavor for my cheese steak sandwich. Even the fries were hot and tasty.
Had the Reuben and Cheesesteak (modified) and both were very good. Fries were good and they're not like most fast food places....they're yummier in my opinion. The service was good. I'll be going back.
