I was recommended to this office by a family member after my daughter knocked a tooth out. I walked into the office, which was very clean and child friendly. I was greeted with a smile and handed forms to fill out. They got me in a bit earlier than expected and all were so kind and caring. Dr. Kollmann was so patient and caring with my 2 year old who was visibly unsure and nervous about the whole situation. Everyone at this office is so kind and caring and reassured me about my daughter. I couldn't ask for better care especially after such a traumatic experience with my daughter losing a tooth.

Brought my 2 year old to this office for a first visit. The dentist looked in my sons mouth and immediately decided he was going to need 8 fillings and 4 crowns. According to the dentist this surgery was needing to be done as soon as possible or he was going to get nerve damage....well, got a 2nd opinion and ALL OF HIS TEETH ARE FINE!!!nThis man wanted to put my 2 year old son through surgery on TWELVE teeth when nothing was wrong!!!nI would strongly recommend going to just about an other pediatric dentist.nAbsolutely disgusting!

My grandson went to his very first dentist appointment, he is on Meridian insurance and sure is hard to find a dentist that accepts that insurance. So we were so excited to be able to get him into Kenneth S. Kollmann in Collinsville, Illinois as I always heard such great things about him. At the appointment I was told due to my 2-year old falling asleep with a bottle he needed major dental work done on 12 (TWELVE) of his teeth! Since he is 2 years old he would need to be put to sleep and it is very important to get done right away, but first they would need $225 to schedule the room at the hospital. So I charged this to my cc and received a appointment.nnI decided that was a lot of dental work for a 2 year old so why not get a second opinion? I paid cash to have this done on 8/30/19 and the pediatric dentist said his teeth looked good, besides a little plaque buildup. NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH HIS TEETH! Well let’s just say I am LIVID that Kenneth S. Kollmann would put my grandson through surgery that did not need to be done at all.nnI would recommend NEVER to go to this dentist under any circumstances. I am now trying to get a refund at this time!nn#Veryupsetgrandmother!
