I went in for my appointment on 12/14/2020 to get my biannual teeth cleaning and check-up. After I checked-in it took close to 5 minutes for them to call me back into my room to clean my teeth. Joi, my Dental Hygienist was fantastic! She explained everything she was doing in great detail and gave me some great tips to help keep my gums and teeth healthy. The dentist was very nice as well. My experience was very good. I’ve been using Collinsville Dental Care for 3 years and they have been great. I would recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for a place keep up with your oral hygiene.

I can't get my wife's name off this, but I'm Sean... lol... and I read these reviews after my experience and I found the folks there at this place to be perfectly professional. I know that in business folks are ten times more likely to be motivated to leave a negative review than a positive review, because... well... privilege! lol... It's the second day after I had to get an extraction, and filling... I hadn't had anything done like this since i was a child and was pretty anxious... but the Dr was super professional, and prepared me for every single thing that happened and explained in detail what was going on. I have ZERO pain now, on the second day. Not saying that will be your experience, but it really was painless as imaginable for me. I was eating lunch a half hour later, albeit, still numb... I watched what I ate the first day... the day after I tentatively ate and wondered if it would be this painless and easy... this is a full 48 hours later, and yea... I just had some wheat thins! lol... Just thought they needed a little bump... and I hope that everything stays at this level of professionalism... and even if they were to slip a little, I wouldn't N-bomb them like the others have. It's been perfectly pleasant so far. And I've N-bombed a LOT of businesses before... but always try to support the ones that are local and trying.

This dentist office is very unprofessional. They scheduled me for an appointment on two different Fridays. The first Friday they scheduled me I go to the build and no one is there. So I called and left a message. Someone called me back and say they were sorry but we not there on Friday. Then 5 months later they scheduled me for another Friday appointment and say they made an error and they not there on Friday. Then they scheduled me for another appointment for today at when I get there she tells me that they only have one hygienist and they couldn’t see me today. No one never contact me and she was nasty and didn’t even say she was sorry. I would not recommend this dentist office.

I had a great experience, the reviews will scare you but i didn’t see them til after my treatment. But the doctor was great the people weren’t rude they were nice . They truly make u comfortable and care about their patients.

They are very professional and care about you and are fast and great at making you comfortable and best of all the they're very affordable i would definitely use them again
