Joe's is my husband's favorite here in town. The order is always right and tasty. My son doesn't like cheese on his pizza. One time they made it and it didn't quite have enough sauce. When I called to tell them and I would've paid for another pizza but they not only gave a new pizza but they had it delivered! Above and beyond is a great quality in a business and they have it!
Atmosphere is very classy. The service is normally good. I wish the lettuce on the side salad was chopped into smaller pieces. Also wish it had a few more toppings. The pasta, pizza, and sandwiches are great. My go to is the lasagna with bread sticks. It's delicious. Their Italian Sub is awesome too.
Don't order a pizza for delivery. I used to be satisfied with their service, but for the second time. I have ordered a pizza for delivery and waited and waited and waited. I ordered a pizza at 4:36 pm. This isn't an extremely busy time. The first time I got my money back and kept a cold pizza. This time they can keep my money but I will not be ordering any more pizza from this restaurant.
We tried Joe’s in Effingham for the first time tonight and a second, third, and fourth meal is definitely happening! Fantastic service. Truly friendly and attentive.nWe ordered fried pickles, Chicago-style pizza, bruschetta, and spaghetti. No complaints! Everything exceeded our expectations.
Clean, nicely decorated & relaxed atmosphere. Has a dining area & a bar, but of course you can also do take out. Bathrooms are clean and well-kept. Nice array of apps, pasta, salad, pizza, and desserts. They even have cauliflower crusted pizza if you’re looking for gluten free. Friendly and attentive staff.
