I called to inquire about information for an upcoming trip. The agent helping me was Phyllis. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She gave me the help I needed, and went above and beyond to answer questions and make suggestions!! Very satisfied!

I mean it's nothing special. Just another company that doesn't reward their long time customers.

We will NEVER trust AAA Insurance again.nnThis would be ZERO stars if that was allowed.nnWe had auto and homeowners insurance through AAA Insurance for two years and when we found a MUCH better rate we notified them we were cancelling the policys.nnAAA Insurance continued to charge our credit card for the the Auto Insurance and refused to stop. AAA Insurance also refused to refund the entire year's premium paid by our mortgage company, which means we paid DOUBLE for homeowners insurance last year.nnA AAA Insurance employee told us they don't believe they have to comply with the law.nnWe had to file complaints with the Division of insurance to get the money back and we're still waiting on about $1,000 for our homeowners insurance.nnI would question the validity of any review posted here that gives AAA Insurance four or five stars without explaining why.
