I took my grandmothers mothers ring to have it sized it has been sitting in her jewelry box for about 55 years. They sized it perfectly! And it sparkles now too. They did a wonderful job. Very helpful staff. I was very pleased with my purchase and was able to get my ring sized and wrapped in a short amount of time so I could have it by Valentines Day. I took in quite a few family heirlooms including rings and necklaces, some with diamonds and some with other gems. The jewelers there created a ring incorporating the gold and precious stones, and it totally surpassed my expectations. Will definitely continue to do business with Emerald City!!
I love this place! I had to have my rings cut off for hand surgery do to swelling and took them to Emererald City Jewelers for repair. The very friendly staff assisted in sizing and getting everything set. Very, very reasonable priced! She said it would take about a week. She called me the next night and said they were done. They are gorgeous. I cried when I went out to the car as they looked so beautiful. Like the very first day they were put on my finger. Thanks Emerald City your the best!!!
