The mall claims that masks are required. Well after 2 trips there this week it is not enforced. We saw many customers walking around without them. Mall security made no attempt to correct the situation. I called the mall office and they said it is to be enforced. Well maybe you should leave the confines of your office and really see what is happening. Best advice shop on line the deals are just as good and much safer.

As all of the previous reviews have stated, The Empire Mall is most definitely a tourist destination. There are cute, kitschy shops and restaurants, most of which are pretty expensive. Parking is also expensive, but you can save on it if you check-in with Yelp and pick up your free fun pack. It's fun to browse the pier, but it isn't somewhere I can imagine spending an entire day.

This is a giant store. It was a little overpriced but it's convenient to have so many different things all in one store. We walked around for a bit and got in all of our steps. It was a fun evening experience and you can't beat the cold AC.

Parking was hard to find. Hard to get in and out. Busy and I wouldn't think it would be a busy time right now.
