placed an order didn't ship. 3 weeks later i called and cancelled. unable to handle the volume. could be virus related due to short staffing levels.
Excellent service and shipping
Slow. Slower. Slowest.nnI ordered a simple order of 10 assembled frames on March 27th and it didn't ship until April 2nd. It's not April 9th and the order is somewhere in Tennessee via Missouri. So not only did they take nearly a week to place ten frames into a box, they paid for the slow boat mail despite the customer paying for expedited shipping.
