my daughter and son in law just purchased a new home at gas light manor .... I was surprised to see how clean and nice the park really is. Beautiful trees, grass in the yards and many nice homes there. No experience dealing with the park manager but initial reports from my daughter is the manager is very kind and helped them get there paperwork in order regarding the security deposits and pet agreement for the companion animal.nLot rent also includes water and garbage and maintenance of the park, trees and roads.nIn impressed from what i see from condition of the property and staff.
Wasn't as run down as I expectes
Could use better upkeep but all in all like a mini town on the growing outskirt of Sioux Falls. For the most part it's quiet with friendly residents and a nice location.
Same as the other 2 parks ...pine meadows and holiday....upkeep has to be done by tenants if anyone decides they want clean streets yards etc... other than that its reasonable lot rent and nice mgmt
A lot to say about this place, good people, nice kids... super bad roads an no place for kids to play at all....
