Had Jonathan come out and take a look at our place to get a quote for an in-ground pool. He told us he would get it put together and email it to us. Never received the email. I sent them an IM on their Facebook page last Friday. Someone messaged me back and told me that he would be in the office that afternoon and that they would get him on the phone with us. Well that never happened. He apparently has enough business to keep him going without gaining new customers. Or he is picking and choosing who his customers are. Either way I would not recommend him to anyone.
Set 3 appointments to repair my pool, no show every time. When I call to follow up they treat me like I’m not important. Finally after over a week they tell me that they can’t give me a definitive day and time and recommended that I call someone else. You should treat all customers the same. Lost my business forever.
They replaced the bottom of our pool 3 years ago. Also Installed new pump and pool liner. There were boot prints and rocks left in the bottom. So, therefore had to have Bottom repaired and new pool liner installed because the rocks tore holes In the liner. Got a lot money the first time they came out, but will never get any more from my family!! Horrible customer service!!!! When you go in there, they write down a message, but Jonathan never gets back in touch with you!!!!! Terrible customer service!!!please don’t waste your money with this company!
