Michelle always is able to get my dog in for a cut on short notice, & very reasonable priced groomer. Been going there for 3 years & she always does a great job on my Sophie ud83dudc15
Michelle is the best groomer that I know. I have a 15lbs cat and she is a long haired Torti Shell Himalayan Persian so you can just imagine. She has never snipped her or gave her any razor burns like I have experienced in the past with other groomers. I give her 2 thumbs up.
I have been using Michelle for over a year now. She is awesome with JoJo my Chihuahua. He loves her. I recommend those that really want the best groomer for their pets, to take them to Michelle. I will not use anyone else.
When I drop my dog off I came back to pick him up, and could smell him. He smelled like palm olive dish detergent so, I asked what kind of shampoo do you use on the dogs? She replied she does not use chemicals and I seen several bottles of palm olive pink dish detergent. This is right beside the tub were they washed the dogs. How is that really getting them clean? It's more or less drying out their skin. Does NOT get rid of the ticks and fleas.
I was very disappointed. Im not sure who at the shop cut my dog, but they obviously did not know what they are doing. Im glad I have a good sense of humor. I am sure I will need it as I walk around with a Snauscher with no eyebrows and long hair on his ears.
