This is the best gym around... The owners are the kindest, nicest, funniest, thoughtful people you will ever meet...I highly recommend this place
Working out here almost 4 years and can’t think of one negative thing about the gym or the owners. Clean, up to date, a real hidden gym in the Birmingham/Adamsville area.
I love to work out there and build up these muscles.
After working for anytime for almost 4 years I’ve seen my share of clubs. This club is AMAZING! And has a lot to offer and a great location. I especially liked the “ leg day parking spot “. Great job Derrick on the awesome location!
