I had multiple wonderful experiences here. The first few were over the phone, in which the associate answered all of my questions robustly and efficiently. Then once I went to buy tags and transfer a title, the associate was helpful, incredibly kind, and made the process very easy. In addition, this was all done during COVID and I was very impressed by the measures the entire department were taking to ensure everyone's safety by organizing social distancing measures within their facility, wearing masks, and providing hand sanitizing stations.

my son went and got his state id they spelled his name wrong then immediately tried to charge him 36 more dollars to fix it and refused to fix it and no one will answer the phones my son is only 16 and hes special needs
